What color should I use to achieve a color like this?

I would like to henna my hair again. I use to use Lush caca rouge, but I want to try "real" henna this time around. This is my hair:

I would like to achieve this color:

or:

How would I best achieve this? Thanks!

I would purchase some samples - I'd say Yemen Light and Raj. Jasmine. I *think* straight Jasmine for about 2 - 3 hours will give you that color, but the main thing you need to do is strand test. YL you may have to make into a gloss.

Once your samples come in, mix them how you'd want to mix for your whole head (lemon juice, apple, orange, or tea - I would recommend apple juice or tea as they wont develope brown hues after oxidation like a stronger acidic mix like lemon juice will) and let them dye release. Once they've dye released, mix the samples with some hair from your hair brush, tuck them into their own (labeled) ziplocks and suck the air out of them. Place them somewhere on your person or in a location that will mimic your body heat and let sit for the alloted time. Once the time is up, rinse them off and let them sit a week to oxidize. After that point, you can decide how you want to continue - if you want to strand test again with a gloss or if you want to go full head.

Keep in mind to KEEP that color, you'll need to do just your roots from that point on.
